We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. You’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online. This can be found on the royal mail tracking websit. https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

RETURN ELIGIBILTY 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened,unworn , unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase which can be found in your confirmation email. If an item is returned and appears to have been worn/used, you will not be eligible for a refund and we will send the item back to you. We charge a 10% restocking fee on all returns.

HOW TO SEND A RETURN 

We highly recommend using tracked postage to send a return to confirm the item has been delivered. Please use royal mail special delivery to get your refund at the fastest possibility.

RETURN CONDITIONS

If you do decide to return an item, it must be sent with all the original packaging and labelling still attached and done at your own expense, and should be sent with Recorded Delivery to avoid any problems. We reserve the right to deny any refunds if the package contents we receive shown signs of use and/or are damaged in any way. Any items sent back with no previous communication will be sent back to the recipient. 

CAN I RETURN SALE STOCK?

Any stock that is bought using a discount code or offer fall into this category. Sale stock can be returned, however for a credit note or exchange only.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We only work with the best quality and most durable materials. You can get your jewellery wet. Like all quality metals, to maintain lasting shine and durability you will want to keep away from harsh chemicals like previously stated.

We recommend you dry your products as soon as possible by using a cloth towel after getting wet.
