I just wanted to leave a review to say how impressed I was with the customer service from AU Jewellers.
Although I needed to return my order, the whole experience was handled professionally from start to finish. Every email I sent was replied to quickly, the communication was friendly and helpful, and the returns process was explained clearly. Most importantly, my refund was processed promptly with no hassle.

It's easy to judge a company when everything goes right, but I think the real test is how they deal with a customer when there's an issue. AU Jewellers were excellent throughout, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them based on the outstanding level of customer service I received.
