  • Cut-off Time: Orders must be placed before 2.30 PM, Monday to Thursday for next-day delivery.

  • Delivery Days: Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)


🇬🇧 Northern Ireland

  • Service: Royal Mail Tracked 24 With Signature

  • Cut-off Time: Orders must be placed before 2.30 PM, Monday to Thursday for next-day delivery.

  • Delivery Days: Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)


🇮🇪 Republic of Ireland

  • Service: Royal Mail International Business Parcel Tracked DDP

  • Delivery Time: 2 to 5 business days

  • Cost: €14.99


🌍 Rest of the World

  • Service: Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed

  • Delivery Time: 2 to 7 business days

  • Cost: £14.95 / $20


Additional Information

  • Order Processing: Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Tracking: All shipping methods include full tracking. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that some international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that the price you pay at checkout does not include any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country.

As the customer, you are responsible for:
- Any import duties, taxes (such as VAT), and customs clearance fees.
- Ensuring that your order complies with your local customs regulations.

These charges are determined by your country’s customs authorities and must be paid before your package is delivered. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

FAILED DELIVERY
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (Au Jewellers) at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.

Items Not Received/Missing
If you experience a delivery that is lost/missing/undelivered a claim will need to be made within 7 Days.

Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered
When placing your order please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address as Au Jewellers  take no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address or if requested to leave with neighbour or an outbuilding.

Please note we do not refund or replace items that are marked as delivered by the courier. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address. Visit our FAQ page for more details.
