Kids Size Guide

Every kids size shows the age it suits, so you are not guessing. Ages are a guide and every child is different: if they are tall for their age or between sizes, go for the next size up.

Chains

Most kids chains come in 20" and 24" lengths.

Kids rings come in sizes R to W, which suit ages 13 to 15. Smaller sizes are to follow. It is always better to go 1 size up, as a slightly bigger ring can be made tighter with tape wrapped around the inside of the band, but a ring that is too small cannot be worn.

Rings with thicker bands, such as the 5 row keeper ring, fit tighter, so we recommend going 1 size up.

Earrings and Pendants

Earrings and pendants are one size and suit ages 9 to 15. Pendants sold on their own fit any of our kids chains.

How to Measure

Neck: wrap a piece of string around the base of the neck, mark where it meets and measure it flat against a ruler. Add about 2" (5cm) for a comfortable fit, then choose the nearest length above.

Wrist: measure around the wrist just above the wrist bone and add about 0.5" to 1" (1 to 2.5cm) so the bracelet sits comfortably.

Ring: measure the inside diameter of a ring that already fits the finger and match it to the Inner Diameter column above. If you are between sizes, go 1 size up.

The Kids 9ct Gold Filled Patterned Belcher Bracelet in 15mm. Wide engraved links alternating with plain round hoops, so the bracelet reads as pattern and polish in turn rather than one solid texture. A standout gift for birthdays and Christmas.

Each patterned link carries scroll engraving across its full face. It is cut into the link rather than pressed on, which is why it still catches light at an angle instead of flattening out.

At roughly 53 grams and 15mm wide this is the heavy end of the belcher range. It sits with weight on the wrist and does not ride up a sleeve.
